How do I check-in?

The Den Hotel is a self-check-in property.

A day or two before your arrival date (or today if your reservation is for tonight), you'll receive an email with your self-check-in instructions.

You'll need an internet-enabled device to complete the self-check-in process. Please do this prior to your arrival at the hotel, to receive your access code for the doors.

Your access code will be active starting at 3:00 PM on your arrival date (and will remain enabled all hours until check-out time on your departure date). You'll need this code for the hotel front door, hallway doors, and your room door.

Luggage storage is available at various businesses, shops, and lockers in the area, and you can find and reserve a place via apps like Bounce or LuggageHero or Stasher or Vertoe.

Due to space limitations and housekeeping schedules, we're sorry we're not able to offer early check-in or late check-out, or store luggage at the hotel before check-in time or after check-out time. We appreciate your understanding.
