What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: The Den is a self-check-in hotel, where online check-in is required to get your door access code.

Two days before your arrival date, and again on the day before your arrival, we send you an email with your self-check-in instructions and link. If you booked directly on our website, our email will be sent to the email address you used for your booking (if you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder). If you booked on a travel site such as Booking.com or Expedia (or any of their partner sites), our emails will be routed through that site's traveler messaging system - please look there to find your self-check-in information.

Please complete the online check-in prior to your arrival at the hotel, if possible, so you'll have your door code and be ready to enter. Be sure to correctly enter your direct email address on the check-in form, because your code will be sent there.

If you've checked-in online in advance, your access code will be active starting at 3:00 PM on your arrival date, and you'll need this code for the hotel front door, hallway doors, and your room door. If you're at the hotel and just now completed online check-in, and it's after 3 PM on your arrival date, it may take several minutes for your code to be activated on the doors; please wait a few minutes and try your code again.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. On the morning of your departure, you'll receive an email with the link for self-check-out. Note that completing the online check-out will mark your room as available for Housekeeping, so please check-out online only when you've removed all of your belongings and have vacated the room. Online check-out is required by 11 AM.

Luggage: Luggage storage is available at various businesses, shops, and lockers in the area, and you can find and reserve a place via apps like Bounce or LuggageHero or Stasher or Vertoe.

Due to space limitations and housekeeping schedules at our small hotel, we're sorry we're not able to offer early check-in or late check-out, or store luggage at the hotel before check-in time or after check-out time. We appreciate your understanding.
