What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: The Den Hotel is a self-check-in property, where advance online check-in is required to get your door code. Access is available starting at 3:00 PM on your arrival date.

A day or two before your arrival date (or today if your reservation is for tonight), you'll receive an email with your self-check-in instructions and link (if you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder). Please complete the online check-in prior to your arrival at the hotel. If you've checked-in online in advance, your access code will be active starting at 3 PM on your arrival date, and you'll need this code for the hotel front door, hallway doors, and your room door. Your code will remain enabled all hours until check-out time on your departure date.

If you've arrived and just now completed online check-in, and it's after 3 PM on your arrival date, your code may not be active right away, but it should be available soon; please wait a few minutes and try your code again.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. On the morning of your departure, you'll receive an email with the link for self-check-out. Note that completing the online check-out will mark your room as available for Housekeeping, so please check-out online only when you've removed all of your belongings and have vacated the room. Online check-out is required by 11 AM.

Luggage: Luggage storage is available at various businesses, shops, and lockers in the area, and you can find and reserve a place via apps like Bounce or LuggageHero or Stasher or Vertoe.

Due to space limitations and housekeeping schedules, we're sorry we're not able to offer early check-in or late check-out, or store luggage at the hotel before check-in time or after check-out time. We appreciate your understanding.
