Why is there a balance due at checkout?

If you booked using a travel site (such as Booking.com or Expedia or one of their many partner sites), there can occasionally be a difference in rate due to a promotion applied by the travel site and/or the way they calculate the taxes, causing the hotel's system to show a balance due at checkout. This amount is usually relatively small, and we advise guests that they can disregard it. If you already paid it during the online checkout, please let us know, and we'll submit a refund request for a credit to your card. Thank you for staying with us!
