How do I change or cancel a room booking/reservation?
We understand that changes to travel plans might occur, and it may be necessary to request changes to or cancellation of a room booking (reservation).
To request changes or cancellation of a booking made directly on our website, please contact us and provide the full name, phone number, email address, reservation number, and dates of the booking. Our staff will reply to you as soon as possible regarding your request.
To request changes or cancellation of a booking made on a travel site such as Booking.com or Expedia (or any of their network partners), please contact that travel service directly, as any booking changes must be handled by them.
Please note that cancellation is free if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your booked arrival date. Cancellations occurring fewer than 7 days prior to the booked arrival date, and no-shows, are charged the full booking amount.
