How do I check-out?

The Den Hotel is a self-check-out property.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. On the morning of your departure, you'll receive an email (generally between 8:00 and 8:30 AM) with the link for self-check-out. Note that completing the online check-out will mark your room as available for Housekeeping, so please check-out online only when you've removed all of your belongings and have vacated the room. Online check-out is required by 11 AM.

Luggage storage is available at various businesses, shops, and lockers in the area, and you can find and reserve a place via apps like Bounce or LuggageHero or Stasher or Vertoe.

Due to space limitations and housekeeping schedules, we're sorry we're not able to offer early check-in or late check-out, or store luggage at the hotel before check-in time or after check-out time. We appreciate your understanding.
