When and how do I pay for booking my reservation?

Our reservations are accepted online only, and you'll be prompted to pay at the time you book your room(s).

On The Den Hotel website, we accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards.

When booking directly on our website (where you get the best rates!), in rare instances you might receive an error message stating that the booking or transaction cannot be completed. This is due to your payment card issuer blocking the transaction for fraud protection reasons, and it's usually resolved easily by contacting your card issuer (credit card company) and asking them to allow the transaction. After doing that, you can try the transaction again. Please understand that The Den Hotel does not have any influence or control over whether your card issuer will process a transaction. It may also be useful to try a different payment card.
